Unfortuneately, we have had to cancel our bicycle ride from New York to Florida this summer. We have encountered a couple of obstacles that will prevent us from making the trip.
Originally, we had planned on leaving Syracuse, NY on Monday, July 2, 2007, for a 16 day journey on our bicycles, riding to Titusville, Florida (Kennedy Space Center) in an effort to raise money and awareness for the The Syracuse RESCUE MISSION.

20.63 mile bicycle ride.1 hour 15 minutes 28 seconds. 16.4 MPH average speed. Beautiful, sunny day with temperature in the mid 50's. Felt great to get out and ride again. Hopefully the spring weather is here to stay. Nick let me borrow his Trek road bike today. Wow! It's the first time I've ridden it and I love it!
